Shropshire Organic Gardeners Privacy Notice

Shropshire Organic Gardens (also known as SOGS) exists to promote the principles and practice of organic gardening by arranging meetings, visits and events.

In order to do so, we hold the names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses of members who pay an annual subscription.

We use this information to inform our members of meetings, events, and issues which may be of interest.

The information is held by the Membership Secretary, and made available only to the Chair, Treasurer, and Events Organiser(s). The information is held securely in electronic and paper form.  We DO NOT pass this information to any other organisations or individuals.

Anyone who wishes to change their method of contact simply informs the Membership Secretary (current details below).

As we cannot hold information on people who are not in contact with us, and any existing members who have not paid their annual subscriptions 9 months after the due date will have their details removed from our membership list.
